He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Frye and Louise Shoemaker Frye. He is survived by: his brother James Frye (Mary) of Round Rock, TX; and his children, Kim Carey Williams (Robert) of Erwin, TN, Andrew Frye (Gregory Rose) of Montverde, FL, Stephen Frye (Heather) of Oakland Twp, Stacy Frye (Renee) of Zeeland, MI, Joanne Aldworth Green (Mitch) of Fort Lee, VA and Clive Aldworth (Carolyn) of Keller, TX. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

The family suggests memorial contributions be sent to the American Diabetes Association.
