He was predeceased by: his parents, Illuminado, Sr. Concepcion and Esther Concepcion; and his siblings, Maria Purisima Arcega, Illuminado T. Concepcion, Jr. and Cris.
He is survived by: his wife Rita Linda; his daughter Chazzalynde Mathemeier (Scott); his grandchildren, Eric and Evangeline; his son Christian Concepcion (Patricia); his siblings, Apolinario Concepcion (Luzminda), Benifreada Cruz (Danilo) and Estrellita Boggess (William); and his siblings-in-law, Rogelio Arcega and Flordeliza Concepcion. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
