She was predeceased by: her parents, James Howell and Lena Howell (Wingard); her husband Carlton Durden; and her sisters, Darlene Hall, Alene Howell and Cathy Shelton.
She is survived by: her sisters, Willadean Daughtry of Winter Garden, Irene Griffin of Winter Garden and Janice Shelton of Winter Garden. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
