She was predeceased by: her parents, Jorge Bardales and Grimanesa Bardales; her husband Lewie Grimes; her stepdaughter Carol Myers; and her siblings, Francisco Bardales Tuesta and Luisa Bardales of Chavez.
She is survived by: her sons, Patrick Grimes (Sharon) and James Grimes; her stepson Tom Grimes (Teri); her daughter Lisa Cantu (Stephen); and her siblings, Jorge Bardales Tuesta, Cesar Bardales Tuesta, Luis Bardales Tuesta, Emma Bardelas of Zamora, Clara Bardales King, Juana Bardales of Cassaretto and Julia Bardales of Carreno. She is also survived by great-grand children.
