She is survived by: her husband David Hoff; her children, Kimberly Marcus (Lee), Darlene Bitel (Greg) and David Hoff Jr. (Jennifer); and also, Jason Marcus, Julie Marcus, Lyndsey Huizenga, Addison Bitel, David Hoff III (Trey) and Cole Hoff.

Memorial donations may be made in Patricia's honor to Cornerstone Hospice Foundation (2445 Lane Park Road, Tavares, Florida 32778).
