He was predeceased by: his parents, Larkin Shoultz and Alice Shoultz; his sons, Larry Wayne Shoultz Jr. and Michael Bryan Shoultz; and his wife Norma Jean Shoultz.
He is survived by: his son Randall Scott; and his grandchildren, Cody, Cooper and Madison.
