He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Sumner and Romell Sumner (Wells). He is survived by: his wife Joyce Sumner (Blizzard); his children, Joy Sumner Hudson (Don) of Palm Harbor, FL and Jay Sumner of Windermere, FL; his grandson Carson Sumner of Windermere, FL.; and his siblings, Randy T Sumner of Huntsville, AL and Carolyn Naylor (Donnie) of Roseboro, NC. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
