He is survived by: his parents, John Patrick Fitzgibbon and Cynthia Renee Waller Fitzgibbon; his sister Sophia Grace Fitzgibbon; his significant other Anna Judith Fabry; his sister Sophia Fitzgibbon Reyes; his brother-in-law Alberto Reyes; his grandmother Dianne Fitzgibbon; and also, Joseph and Norma Waller. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
