He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard O'Brien and Nettie O'Brien (Kirgan); and his siblings, Richard O'Brien, Joe O'Brien, Ray O'Brien and Lorene Fatheree.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Wire; his daughter Peggy Crooker (Dwayne); his siblings, Bill O'Brien (Val), Roy O'Brien (Dottie), Maxine Jacobs and Chelsea Casolari (Bill); and his grandchildren, Ashley, Brenden, Dwayne II and Samantha. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
