With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert B. Carter of Wimauma, Florida, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 29, 2024 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Carter and Winifred Carter; and his wife Thelma Delores Dutton. He is survived by: his children, Suzanne M. Tayor (Donn), Allen R. Carter (Clarinda) and Cheryl L. Carter; and his siblings, Ruth E. Sorenson, Joanne Landgren, John F. Carter (Barbara), Richard J. Carter, Paul B. Carter and Sandra Linderman. He is also survived by six grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren.
