She was predeceased by: her father Anthony Major. She is survived by: her mother Patricia Major (Major); her husband Ronnie Smith; her brothers, Tony (Norris), Joe and Michael (Major); her daughters, Melisa (Garner), Tiffany (Mallon) and Patty (Wishtun); and her grandson Levi (Garner).
