He is survived by: his wife Patricia B. Weatherly; his daughter Barbara Skeens (John); his grandchildren, Iris Skeens and Miles Skeens; and his brother Kenneth Weatherly (Glorian). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
