He is survived by: his wife Katherine Akers Moore; his daughters, Donna Lynn Moore, Bob Anastasio, Darlene Kay Bussell and Rex Stevens; his grandson Jonathan Blake Clatworthy (Whitney); his great grandchildren, Brantley and Lukas; his sister Evelyn Stephens; and his child Pine Drive of Tampa, FL.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Shriners Hospital for Children, 12502 USF Pine Drive, Tampa, FL 33612-9411.
