He is survived by: his wife Jo Hudnall Samuels; his daughters, Lisa Wetherington (Daniel) and Allison Dearth; his granddaughters, Brittany Wilson (David) and Kayla Cole; his great grandchildren, Lucia Wilson, Tyler Harris and Jasiah Wilson; his sister Pamela Youngblood (Robert); his nephew Alan Samuels; and his nieces, Sherri Jacobs and Tina Kellums.
