She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Dale Gardner Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Jack Dale Gardner Jr. (Donna Gardner), Jesse Edward Gardner (Cathy Gardner), Deborah Ann Miller (Deacon Michael Miller) and Melissa Lynn Flagg (Greg Flagg). She is also survived by 9 Grandchildren 5 great grandchildren.
