It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nicholas M. Kyslowsky (Wilton Manors, Florida), born in Danvers, Massachusetts, who passed away on April 22, 2022, at the age of 44, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Tanya Krauz Kyslowsky. He is survived by: his father Michael Kyslowsky; his stepmother Deborah Cobb of Peabody, MA; his son Cole Kyslowsky; his brother Christopher Kyslowsky of Fort Lauderdale; his aunts and uncles, Daniel Kyslowsky of Sanford, FL, Sharon Kyslowsky of Georgetown, TX, Cindy, John Krauz, Bruce, Sylvia Krauz, Dick and Bonnie Riberdy; his friends, Randi Shinn, Michelle Byram, Sara McMorris and Bill Conda; and also Erica Peters of Fort Lauderdale.
At the request of family, in lieu of flowers, please make contributions to The WaterWheel Foundation, a non-profit organization created by the rock band Phish on April 22, 1997 to oversee their charitable activities such as environmental conservation.
