She is survived by: her stepchildren, Carol Eickhorn of Oakland Park and Paul Boutross of Chicago; her grandchildren, Eric Eickhorn, Greg Eickhorn (Marcie) of Pompano Beach and Kristina Boutross (Adam Roe) of Boynton Beach; her great grandchildren, Kaden Eickhorn and Kyler Eickhorn of Pompano Beach; her siblings, Patty Myers of Madison, Michael Centomani (Nichole), Maria Cocciemiglio (John), Dennis Valentine (Runay) of Chicago and Chris; and her significant other Wade Boutross.
