She is survived by: her husband John "Jack" Costar; her children, John Costar of Wilton Manors, Pamela Bonar of Sebastian and Steven Costar (Annette) of Knoxville; and her grandmother Beverly. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren.
