She was predeceased by: her parents, William Chesebrough and Ann Chesebrough. She is survived by: her husband John M. Winters; her children, RoseAne DeCoeur and Mitchell DeCoeur; her grandchildren, Phillip Balch, Marcus DeCoeur, Brent DeCoeur and Cooper DeCoeur; her great grandchildren, Jessika Balch and Malcolm James Balch; and her sibling Dory Brinker.
