He is survived by: his wife Helen; his son Jack, Jr.; his wife Sherry of Williston; his grandchildren, Melissa Lewis (Matt) of Williston, Brooked Infante (Mike) of Niles, OH, Daniel Screws (Robyn) of Gainesville, Brady Screws of Williston and Matthew Screws of Williston; his great grandchildren, Jason Averill, Jr. of Niles, OH, Paishence Averill of Niles, OH, Avery Lewis of Williston, Mikey Infante of Niles, OH and Emelynn Screws of Gainesville; and also, Alan (Bonnie) of Ocala and Dan (Diane) of Williston. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
