He is survived by: his father William Caulie; his daughter Mikayla Jerkins; his nieces, Jessica and Elizabeth Bloom; his sister Cindy Bloom; and his brother-in-law Steve Bloom of Williston. He is also survived by aunt and uncle, cousins, and many wonderful friends.
