He is survived by: his wife Deborah Micheletti Sapp; his children, Tracey Sapp Smith (Anthony), Bryan Kent Sapp (Nikki), Jason Lee Sapp (Katie), Thomas Wesley Sapp (Tracey) and Patricia Sapp Martin (Todd); his grandchildren, Cody Smith (Crystal), Jacob Smith (Lacey), Cole Smith (Natalie), Katie Wells-Barbour (Tyler), Lexie, Regan, Cade and Emily Sapp; and his great grandchildren, Jackson, Saylor, Chloe, Raelynn, Oakley, Fynn and Greyson Smith.
