He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Shelly (Rupert) and Charles Samuel Fisher; and his brother Randy Fisher. He is survived by: his wife Donna Fisher; his sisters-in-law, Barb O'Dell (Rick), Connie Shuff, Cheryl Davis (James) and Jane Fisher; his cousins, Ed Alwine (Laura) and Cheryl Spicher; and his friend Rod. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and numerous extended family members and friends.
