He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeanne Fulghum and Mert Sirota; and his mother-in-law Sylvia Lanier. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Sirota; his son Christopher Sirota (Daisy); his stepsons, Jason Head (Candice) and Justin Head (Crystal); and his father-in-law James Lanier. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.
