She was predeceased by: her parents, Mattie Meeks and Jack L. Meeks, Sr.; her husband Hal Rutland; her daughter Roseanne Pace; and her grandson Christopher Pace.
She is survived by: her children, Scott Rutland (Lori) and Dana Moxley (Steve); and her brother Jack Meeks (JoAnn). She is also survived by seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
