He was predeceased by: his son Bruce Parnell. He is survived by: his parents, Frank Dola and Helen Elizabeth Butkus Dola; his wife Dalne; and his children, Laurayne Dola (Chuck Schuman), Liana Stoffus (Loren) and Frank P. Dola IV (Jennifer). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

The family requests in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Haven Hospice in Gainesville or the First United Methodist Church of Williston.
