He is survived by: his wife Betty Lucille Medeiros; his siblings, Lucy A D'Onofrio, David Medeiros and Randa Botello; and his children, Karen Theresa Benedetti (John), Frank Jerome Medeiros III (Angie), Mark Jerome Medeiros and Tina Cedella Dykstra. He is also survived by Twelve grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
