She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas V. Lewis; and her sons, James David "Jimmy" and Thomas Andrew "Tommy". She is survived by: her sons, John B. "Ben" and Winston C. Lewis. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren and several great great grandchildren.
