He is survived by: his wife Kensi Nicholson; his daughter Matalyne Nicholson; his siblings, Patricia Sager, Sara Carmichael (Darrel) and Joe Nicholson (Christina); and his nieces and nephews, Jaide Mares (Zach), Savannah Nicholson, Justin and Lane Carmichael.
