He is survived by: his daughter Tammy Slankard (Michael) of Ocala, FL; his siblings, Richard Smart (Mel) of Bryceville, FL, Raymond Smart (Debbie) of Rutland, FL, Linda Johnson (Neil) of Jacksonville, FL, Theresa Barlow (Ralph) of Dunnellon, FL and Karen Goodson of Plant City, FL; his grandchildren, Brittany Bridges, Ashley Glenn and Taylor Rimes (Jay); and his great grandchildren, Ryder Wade, Jacob Rasnick, Hope Rasnick, Ricki Farkus and Lainey Farkus. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
