She is survived by: her husband Robert; her son Jeffery Carbonell; her daughter-in-law Mickie; her grandchildren, Jeffery Jay and Marissa; her great grandchild Michael Perry Jr. of Key West; and her sister-in-law Barbara Samples of New Smyrna Beach.
