He is survived by: his parents, James Garvey and Dominica Garvey (Scarangella); his sons, James, Ryan and Christopher; his wife Kathleen; his siblings, Dan Garvey and Eileen Gilmour; his brother-in-law Scott Gilmour; his cousins, Mary Avellina, Eileen, Joe Femia, Catherine, Al Inzerelli and Barbara Pistone; and his friends, Chuck Callahan, Al Libardi, Vinnie Sciabarassi, Victor Fassano, Mike Ferrado, Steve Massaro and Bill Gilchrist.
