He was predeceased by: his parents, JD Lewis and Sharon Aten. He is survived by: his daughter Shelby Lewis; his son-in-law Gregory Collison; his son Tyler Lewis; his stepparents, Ginger Lewis and David Aten; and his siblings, David Lewis, Laurie Peel, Ronnie Lewis, Tammy Smith and Kim Aten. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
