He was predeceased by: his father Jose Ortiz. He is survived by: his wife Annemarie Toscano; his children, Jessica Ortiz, William Ortiz and Kevin Ortiz (Caitlyn); his mother Lillian Sullivan; his mother-in-law Charlotte Toscano; his niece Rebecca Toscano; and his nephew Vincent Salerno. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
