She was predeceased by: her parents, George Treschak and Mary Treschak (Astalos); her husband Wayne Hoffman; her siblings, George (Madeline) and Mary Mihalik (Andy); and her nephew John Mihalik (Nora).
She is survived by: her sons, Charles of Buffalo, David of Charlotte and Tom (Kelly) of Lancaster; her grandchildren, Lauren and Connor; her nephews, Don Treschak (Regine), Andy Mihalik (Val), Michael Mihalik (Debbie) and George (Rose); and her niece Jane Stackhouse.
