He is survived by: his wife Patty Westmoreland; his children, Tracy Westmoreland (Rob Jordan) of Yorktown, Virginia and Casey Westmoreland (Heather) of Seaford, Virginia; his granddaughters, Amanda Spurio (John) and Carley Westmoreland; and his brothers, Larry (Wanda), Tim (Lorraine) and Mark Westmoreland (Kelly). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
