She was predeceased by: her parents, David Franklin Robbins and Birtie Mae Robbins (Nickolson). She is survived by: her significant other Jan Stewart; her sisters, Betty Turner of Lakeland and Marie Mills of Orlando, Florida; and her nieces and nephews, Regina, Noriko, Kim, Dana, April, David, Michael, Jimmy, Timmy, Ray, Bubba and Kelly.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations to be made to the Humane Society in Joyce's loving memory.
