He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John William and Betty Jane Rutschow (Algeo); his former wife Sandra Louise Heffley; his wife Sandy; his daughters, Karen R. Williamson of Eatonton, Georgia and Pamela S. Luning (Ed) of Church Hill, Tennessee.; his grandson Edward John Luning (Sarah); his sister Carol Cassazza (Clarence); and his nephew Jeff Casazza (Karin).
