He was predeceased by: his former spouse Beverly Phillips; and his wife Robbie Welch. He is survived by: his daughters, Cheryl LaVeigne (Bill) of Oxford, Tawnia Mills (David) of St. Pete Beach and Delania Davis (Mike) of Wildwood; and his siblings, Wallace Paulk and Shelly Raftis. He is also survived by eight Grandchildren and six Great-Grandchildren.
