She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Burton Toner and Murnie Jeanetta Toner (Fennel); her husband Richard E. Lougee; her siblings, Vera Klemm and Bruce Toner; and her grandson Nathin Varbel.
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Lougee of St. Petersburg, Florida, Suzanne Mann (David) of Wildwood, Lorna Watkins-Barth (John) of Richmond and Richard F. Lougee (Maki) of Irvine, California; her siblings, Leonard Toner (Norma) of Aiken and Vonda Saucier of Redding, California; her grandchildren, Dela, DeAnn, DeLora, Kelly, Anthony, Danessa, Cameron, Alliyah and Joshua; and her close friends, Jim Smith and Bill Hahn.
