He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Carchner and Cora Spires Brannen. He is survived by: his wife Dixie Brannen of Wildwood, FL; his son Gary Brannen (Danielle) of The Villages, FL; his grandson Justin Brannen (Tosha) of Atalla, AL; his niece Lizbeth Croft (James); his nephew Gregg Gaubatz; and his pets, June, Jack and Miss Kitty. He is also survived by many great nieces and nephews, family members.
