He is survived by: his daughter Tamara McCormack (James); his grandsons, Zachary and Patrick; his daughter Marisa Moore (Monte); his grandchildren, Christina (Ben Reidmiller), Mckenna, Evan and Ethan; his son Michael Murth (Kelly); his grandchildren, Braylen and Cole; his great grandchild Jeneen Bayley (Peter); his grandson Owen; his son John Hill IV (Jody); and his grandchildren, Gretchen, John V, Anna, Andrew, Thomas Hill (Stefanie), Lars, Zoe and Audrey.
