She was predeceased by: her parents, William Preston Mizell (Billy) and Dorothy Marie Mizell (Marsh); and her brother Preston Holmes Mizell. She is survived by: her former husband John H. Meier, IV; her children, John H. Meier and Mary Beth Locke (Dennis); and her siblings, Billie Marie Winkles and William Chester Mizell. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
