She was predeceased by: her husband Joe C. Mills; and her granddaughters, Jessica Mills and Sarah Mills. She is survived by: her parents, Daniel J. Vigil and Lucy Vigil (Martinez); and her children, Barbie, John Shaw of Summerfield, Jessie, Jeanette Mills of Old Town, David and Tawnia Mills of St. Petersburg Beach. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
