For Elviro is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Orazio Ruzzo and Maria Ruzzo; his wife Dixie L. Ruzzo; his daughter Tammy Wheeler; and his siblings, Rimmage Ruzzo, Angelo Ruzzo, Peggy Ruzzo and Dolores Allen.
He is survived by: his son Dennis E. Wheeler (Shirley); and his brother Horace Ruzzo (Rose Ann). He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM and from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Banks/Page-Theus Chapel (410 Webster St, Wildwood, FL 34785). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
