He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Grant and Elsie Mae "Young" Wiley; and his children, Mark Wiley and Virginia Wiley. He is survived by: his wife Marla Rene "Morgan" Wiley; and his children, David Wiley, Pamela Stoops (Bobby) and Darla Holsopple (Greg).
