She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Brumlow and Maude Slaughter Brumlow; her former husband Noah Harlow Foster; her husband Calvin Lee Lackey; and her daughter Deborah Ann Foster.
She is survived by: her siblings, Albert Sidney Brumlow of Summerville, GA and Martha Brumlow Williamson of Brooklet, GA; her half-sister Sharon Guttuso of Brandon, FL; her grandchildren, David Eric Patterson (Julia) of The Villages, FL and Angela Patterson Brown (Dale) of Colfax, NC; and her great grandchildren, Zachary Bryce Brown and Amelia Grace Brown of Colfax, NC. She is also survived by numerous other extended family and friends.
