She was predeceased by: her father Stanley V Eddy; and her sister Cynthia Marie Neilen. She is survived by: her mother Frances Ture Eddy (Everette Laplante); her husband Dale A Hoffman; and her siblings, Sharron Lee Cataldo (Michael) and Stan Eddy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
