She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Bert Leon Carter, Sr. and Margaret Jean Carter (DeVille); her children, Leonard Duane Justice, Jr. and Stephanie Justice of Wildwood; her siblings, Carolyn Lyden, Judy Ross, Fletcher Carter and Bert Carter; her grandchildren, Logan Justice, Elijah Justice and Katelyn Locke; and her close friends, Teresa Conant and Tammy Mears.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made in her name to the funeral home to help with final expenses.
