It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Arlene Patricia Yates (Wildwood, Florida), born in Powder Springs, Georgia, who passed away on April 19, 2019, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ervin Kenneth and Mattie Elizabeth Pigg (Thomason); and her brothers, Herman Pigg and Vernon Pigg. She is survived by: her husband Walter; her daughter Jackie Duppenthaler (Don) of Windermere, Florida; her sisters, Clara Nell McCroy of Marietta, Georgia and Evelyn Wilder of Bradenton, Florida; her grandchildren, Doug Duppenthaler (Stacey), Eric Duppenthaler (Danielle) and Leah Clough (Scott); and her great grandchildren, Cheyenne, Addisyn, Alyse, Kinsley, Ella, Kaiden, Kipton, Emme, Harvey and Kaysen.
In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to Cornerstone Hospice in The Villages in honor of Arlene.
